Parse. Colonel Charles L. Foster of the United States medical corps relieved Lieutenant Colonel A. D. Pearee as commander m chief of the Fort Douglas military hospital hos-pital Friday. Colonel Foster arrived in the United States from overseas July V2 and his appointment as commandei or Fort Douslas was made immediately upon his arrival. He spent more than two years in France as chief surgeon of base section Xo. I at St. Nazalre. Colonel Foster is a graduate of a Washington. D. C. university and was made a colonel while overseas. His fam-lv fam-lv is in Atlanta. Ga., at the present time, but will come to Fort Douglas in a cou-nlo cou-nlo of weeks. , , 1 lieutenant Colonel Pearce has not as yet received an vorders as to a trans ler and until such orders are reeejved he w ill act irl the capacity of assistant to Colonel Foster. |
