Show PROVO SOCIETY Special to Tho Tribune. PBOYO. Jan. 2. The annual reunion Gf the Tcllurlde, Power company institute" insti-tute" wa9 held at Olmstead on M6n-day M6n-day last. Bepresentatives of the com pany'3 planis at Battle Creek, Jordan Narrows, Logan, Grace, Idaho; Tellu-ride, Tellu-ride, Illium and Ames, Colo., and of their construction work in Mexico and Niagra Falls, N. Y., wero prosont. At 3 p. m. one hundred and sevonty-fivo persons sat down to an elaborate dinner, din-ner, served simultaneously in the quarters quar-ters and tho general boarding house. Tho decoratious were beautiful and profuse. pro-fuse. The Mozart orchestra, of Provo, furnishod tho music during tho entire day. In the evening a programme of sjoiigs and instrumental music was listened to 3- the guests present, after which dancing was indulged' in until ten o'clock, when' tho party returned to Pr6vo on a special train. Miss Elsie Barrett was tho hostess of a delightful affair Saturday evening when she entertained twenty of her friends, Mrs. L. H. Noyes and Mrs. E. S. Hinckley wcro awarded prizes in tho guessing contest. Tho decorations wore in blue and whito cropo papor and potted pot-ted plants. Miss Chloe Smoot entertained Wednesday Wed-nesday afternoon at a linen shower in compliment to Miss Erma Loose. Vases of pale pink carnations and ferns wero I the docorations in all the rooms. Thcro wero about twenty guests present." The Five hundred card club was ontortained at tho Hotel Boberts on Thursda3- evoning 03' Mrs. W. D. Boberts, Jr., Mrs. Murra3 TwolveB and Mr. W. L. Biersoch wcro awarded prizes for winning tho most games. Bcfrcsh- inents wore served during the ovening. Miss Ma3 Billings, of Salt Lako City, is visitiug with friends in Provo this week. Mr, and Mrs. J. A. IPydc, of Nephi, spent the oarl' part of tho week with friends in the Garden CH3-. Mr. and Mrs. Frank Hoover returned Mondn3' to their homo in Nephi, after a week's visit with relatives in Provo. Mrs. B. F. Wooten, of Heber City, spent Sundaj in Provo tho guest of Mr. and Mrs. Shirley Kimball. Mrs. Mooro and daughter. Beatrice, of Salt Lake, aro visiting with relatives and friends here this week. Mi6s Allio Smoot is visiting this week in Gunnison with Miss Yia Soron-son. Soron-son. Miss Veda Dixon, of Payson, spent Tuesda3 aud Wcdnesdii3 in Provo. Mrs. W. E. Bobiuson, of Logan, is visiting this week with Mrs. J. A. Holdawaj', in Provo. Mrs. iBadore Clark and Miss Mildrod Clark have returnod to their home in Salt Lako Cky after visiting with Mrs. A. D. William Knight entertained at a Kensington on Wednesday afternoon, after-noon, fifteen ladies wcro present. Mr. and Mrs. J. B.
