Almost Al-most simultaneously four district judges and tho district attorne3r of the third judicial district will bo given the oath of offico for another four yours. In tho city one old cily judgo and a now municipal munic-ipal judge, a justice of tho pouco and a constable- will enter office. Tho "'big show.'' of course, will bo tho induction of Governor-elect William Spry and tho other stale officers into thofr 3cats. Colonel Georgo B. Squires, innster of ceremonies, announced Saturday Sat-urday that all tho arrangements have been completed. The governor-elect and tho slato officers-elect will gather in tho governor's offleo at tho city and county building at 11:30 and go in u body to tho council coun-cil chamber, whore tho oaths will bo administered. As tho ollicors cuter Professor Christcnsou 's orchestra, which has been engaged for the occasion, will play "Hail to the Chief." Tho party will then be seated on tho platform. Col. Looso to Perform. Colonel Ed. Loose of Provo lias been "set apart" to act us chairman and tho Bow J. E. Carver of Ogden, who is "rooming for chaplain of the senate, will deliver the invocation. Then will como the inaugural address, aftor which Govt ernor-clect Spry will bo given the oath of office by Cliicf Justice D. N. Slraup of the supremo court. Tho other stato officers will then rcccivo tho oaths of olRce and Mrs. Emma 3famsay Morris will sing and tho orchestra play "The Star Spangled Banner." Preceding this tho four district court, judges will assemblo in tho supremo court room and receive the oath of office of-fice from passing Chief Justice of tho Supreme Court W. M. McCarty. Tho judges will gather there about 31 o'clock. All tho district court judges of the slate arc invited to attend. The judges, supremo and district, then will attend the inaugural of tho governor and at 2 o'clock will be. given a luuch-eon luuch-eon at tho University club.
