MAN'S QUEER ACTIONS CAUSE OF ARREST Locked in the city -jail is a man about 30 j-ears old. who gives his name as Charles A. Norton. Norton, if thai is his true name, gives indications that his miud is unbalanced, for it was his strange actions iu a drugstore that caused his arrest. Norton went into the Godbe-Pilts drugstore, drug-store, at First South and Main streets, and asked a clerk for some acid. Tho man behaved very peculiarly and the police wcro called. Sergeant Roberts went to tho drugstore and asked tho man wh.y he wauled the acid. The ro-pb' ro-pb' was. quickly given: "I want to throw it in somebody's face." Tho man told the officer ho thought ho was iu Denver. An examination will be made of Norton ': mental condition.
