Salt Lake county is $28,731.28 better off now than it was at this time last year, County Treasurer John A. The balance on hand January 1, 190S, was $121,444.82; the balance Januarv 1 this year was .$150,176.10. Tho disbursements amounted to $703.-457.1S. $703.-457.1S. as follows; County school fund, $157,614; general expenso fund, $427. 682.54: stato juror and witness fund, 67531.64; tax salo redemption, $32,-1 $32,-1 104.14; bond interest, $18,525.
