INCREASES IN SALARY FOR CITY" EMPLOYEES As a New Year's present, Building Inspector A. B, Birth and City Food Inspector In-spector "Waller J. Frazier will receive an increase in salary, in all probability. Mr, Birth, who, ns building build-ing inspector, passes upon almost $5,000,000 worth of work annually, gets only $80 a month and Mr. Frazier $75.
