Frazier will receive an increase in salary, in all probability. Tho finance committee, at a conference confer-ence in Mayor Bransford'"s office Saturday Sat-urday morning, discussed the salaries of city officials and practically decided upon increases for both Mr. Hirth and Mr. Frazier. Mr, Birth, who, ns building build-ing inspector, passes upon almost $5,000,000 worth of work annually, gets only $80 a month and Mr. Frazier $75. Mr. Frazier covers the entire city and parts of tho county in his surveillance of dairies shipping milk into Salt Lnkp City, and the work is rapidly becoming so hcavj- that, one man can hardly handle all .of it.
