HUNTER Clerk-Treasurer South Davis County Sewer Improvement District Published in the Davis County Clipper on May 23, 1990 Issue No. 16 C-273 NOTICE OF BONDS TO BE ISSUED NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant pur-suant to the provisions of Section 11-27-4, Utah Code Annotated 1953, as amended, that on May 17, 1990, the Board of Trustees (the "Board") of the South Davis County Sewer Improvement Improve-ment District (the "District") adopted a resolution (the "Resolution") authorizing authoriz-ing and approving the issuance of the District's Sewer Revenue Bonds, Series 1990 (the "Series 1990 Bonds") in the aggregate principal amount of not to exceed Five Million Dollars. The Series 1990 Bonds are to bear interest at a rate or rates of not to exceed five percent per annum, to mature in not more than twenty-one years from their date or dates, and to be sold to the State of Utah at a price equal to the principal amount thereof. The Series 1990 Bonds are to be issued for the purpose of paying (either at maturity or upon redemption) all or a portion of the District's $5,000,000 Sewer Revenue Bond Anticipation Notes, Series 1988, and, to the extent that proceeds of the Series 1990 Bonds are available, for the purpose of paying a portion of the costs of the acquiring and constructing improvements and extensions ex-tensions to the District's system for the collection, treatment and disposition of sewage (the "Project"), and paying all costs incident to the authorization and issuance of the Series 1990 Bonds.
