Show NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE The following described real property proper-ty will be sold at public auction to the highest bidder without warranty as to title, ti-tle, possession or encumbrances, at the north front door of the Davis County Courthouse, State and Main Streets, Farmington, Utah the 8th day of June, 1990, at 11:00 o'clock an., of said day: Situated in the County of Davis, State of Utah, more particularly described as follows: All of Lot 4, Block 6. VAL VISTA "C according to the official plat thereof, recorded in the office of the County Recorder of Davis County, Utah. Commonly known as 2929 South Davis Boulevard, Bountiful, Boun-tiful, Utah 84010. The Trust Deed being foreclosed by these non-judicial trust deed foreclosure proceedings is dated July 31, 1984, and was executed by WILLIAM GARN ROWSELL and PAULA J. ROWSELL, husband and wife, as Trustor, and in favor of CITICORP MORTGAGE, INC., the present Beneficiary. The present owners are reported to be WILLIAM GARN ROWSELL, aka WILLIAM G.
