Show NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE The following described property will be sold at public auction to the highest bidder, purchase price payable in lawful money of the United States at the time of sale, at the front steps of the Davis County Courthouse in Farmington, Farm-ington, Davis County, Utah, on Wednesday, June 20, 1990, at 12:00 o'clock noon, on said day for the purpose pur-pose of foreclosing a trust deed executed ex-ecuted by Richard B. Pope, Trustee of the Highline VTJI Realty Trust, as Trustor, in favor of Western States Title Company as Trustee and Hillfield-Layton Hillfield-Layton Properties, a Utah limited partnership part-nership as Beneficiary which was recorded November 28, 1986 in Book 1127 at Page 157 as Entry No. 762381 of the records of the office of the Davis County Recorder. The real property conveyed by said Trust Deed and which will be sold at Trustee's sale, pursuant to this notice, consists of a 24.27 acre parcel of property, prop-erty, a portion of which abuts 400 West (Hillfield Road) at approximately 2200 North, Layton, Davis County, Utah. Said property is more particularly described as follows: Beginning at a point South 89 degrees 5230" West 79.78 feet along the Section line and North 0 degrees 0840" East 771.81 feet along the West line of a road from the Southeast comer of Section 8, Township 4 North, Range 1 West, Salt Lake Base and Meridian, and running thence North 73 degrees 24 '35" West 608.94 feet along the Northeast side of the Davis and Weber County Canal company property; thence North 82 degrees 0704" West 448.48 feet along said Northeast side; thence North 77 degrees 2442" West 154.15 feet along said Northeast Nor-theast side to the East line of 400 West Street; thence North 00 degrees 09 00" East 444.24 feet; thence North 89 degrees 5230" East 553.0 feet; thence North 00 degrees 09'00" East 630.16 feet to the North line of Trustor's property; thence North Nor-th 89 degrees 52'30" East 625.86 feet to the point of intersection in-tersection with a fence marking the Easterly boundary of subject sub-ject property; thence South 00 degrees 08'40" West 1345.95 feet to the point of beginning.
