Show NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE The following described property will be sold at public auction to the highest bidder, payable in lawful money of the United States at the time of the sale, at the North Main entrance, Davis County Courthouse, State A Main Streets, Farmington, Utah, on June 21, 1990, at 11:15 ajn. of said day, for the purpose of foreclosing that certain Trust Deed dated May 24, 1979 and executed by DANIEL R. HUTZAR and MARY H. HUTZAR, his wife, as Trustors, in favor of MILLER & VffiLE, as beneficiary, covering real property located in Davis County and described All of Lot 93, GOLDEN ACRES NO. 3, according to the official plat thereof, recorded record-ed in the office of the County Recorder of said County. The street address of the property is purported to be 249 Glen Place, Layton, Utah. The undersigned trustee disclaims any liability for any error in the street address. The present owners of the property are reported to be Jesus Valdez and Carmen Valdez. The total amount of the unpaid balance bal-ance of the obligation secured by the property and estimated costs, expenses ex-penses and advances at the time of the sale is $42,594.13. In addition to cash, the trustee will accept a cashier's check drawn on a federally insured state or national bank or a check drawn by a federally insured credit union, savings and loan association or savings bank.
