Show 'New Visions on Aging' conference for seniors Sen. Orrin Hatch is hosting the Conference for Seniors May 30 at Little America Hotel, Salt Lake City. The conference will be entitled entitl-ed "New Visions on Aging," and outstanding specialists in the field of geriatrics have been invited as speakers. The charge is $3, which includes a box lunch and, seniors are to register in advance of conference. con-ference. Questionnaires are available at the center for completion by anyone interested in subjects relating to the older citizen. Thoughtful Pursuits programs will be arranged around subjects which have the most interest. inter-est. Anyone interested in the following follow-ing activities, let the Golden Years Center know in order that plans can be made to include these items in the summer agenda: Festival of American West, Pageant Pag-eant of Arts, Manti Pageant and formation of walking groups. Lunch entrees for May 29 to June 1 are: Tuesday, May 29, spaghettisauce; Wednesday, May 30, pork chop; Thursday, May 31, chicken cacciatore; and Friday, June 1, vegetable meat loaf. Vegetable, roll, dessert and milk will be served with each plate. |
