Show Treble Clefs to perform Take "note" of the Treble Clefs. The group has a new conductor and a new sound. The Treble Clefs Ladies Chorus will present its first public performance under the direction direc-tion of Mark E. Howarth, MM in Choral Conducting, University of Utah. A variety of music will be performed per-formed from the works of Haydn, Lotti, Britten, Durufle, Gershwin and Sondheim. The performance will be held at the Zions Lutheran Church, 1070 Foothill Drive, Salt Lake City, at 7:30 p.m., Saturday June 2. Donation Dona-tion admission is $6, immediate family; adults, $2; children under 12, $1. Proceeds will be used to bring a new look" to the choir. Additional Addi-tional donations will be accepted in behalf of the Hansen twins. The Treble Clefs are a non-profit organization. Members donate considerable con-siderable time and effort in service to the community and to raising funds for the Hansen Twins Trust Fund in connection with the McKay-Dee Foundation. |
