Geriatric nursing will probably become Angela's specialty. She has worked as a nursing assistant at Heritage Park Care Center, and she wants to serve the elderly in the future. KAYSVILLE Angela Parris, Roy, was given the Utah Vocational Excellence Award for the Health-Post Health-Post Secondary Student at a special banquet held on May 14 at Salt Lake Community College. The award was presented by Rep. Wayne Owens. Angela will finish her one-year ;! course in licensed practical nursing at the Davis Applied Technology Center in June. She has always had aspirations to be in the medical pro-5 pro-5 fession. She now plans on working as an LPN as she continues her - studies in registered nursing at Weber State.
