Show EXHIBIT "A" NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE The following described real property proper-ty will be sold at public auction to the highest bidder on the 19th day of June 1990, at 9:00, at the North front door of the main entrance of the County Courthouse, Court-house, Comer of State & Main, Farmington, Farm-ington, in the County of Davis, State of Utah, by Simmons First Mortgage Company, as the current Beneficiary, under the Deed of Trust made by Effie A. Shulz, an unmarried woman, as Trustor, recorded August 26, 1983 as Entry No. 649923, in Book 956, at Page 849, of the official records of Davis County, Utah, given to secure an indebtedness in-debtedness in favor of Home Savings and Loan, by reason of certain obligations obliga-tions secured thereby. Notice of Default was recorded February 14, 1990, as Entry No. 882789, in Book 1336, at Page 640, of said official records. Trustee will sell at public auction to highest bidder in cash, payable in lawful money of the United States at the time of sale, without warranty as to title, possession or encumbrances, the following described property: Unit D, Building 9, as shown on the Record of Survey Map of the BRIDGEWOOD MANOR, a Utah Condominium Project, appearing in the records of the County Recorder of Davis County, State of Utah, in Book 878, Page 684 of Plats, and as defined and described in the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, Restrictions and Reservations of Easements, Bridge wood Manor, a Utah Condominium Con-dominium Project, appearing in such records in Book 878, Page 686 as Entry No. 599826, together with 100 percent undivided ownership interest as tenants in common with the other Unit Owners in and to the Common Areas and Facilities present and future, and the limited Common Area interests appurtenant ap-purtenant to said Unit as set forth in the Map consisting of ALL parking Stalls.
