Show CLEAN UP PARK Clean-Up Day was sponsored by the Community Club members on Saturday afternoon at the Neola Park. Much was accomplished by the nine members present! Stake' officers at MIA Tuesday evening were Dora Curry and Leah Allred of Roosevelt. Francis Mecham of Orem was recently visiting at the home of his daughters, Mrs. Francis Whiting Whit-ing and Mrs. Opal Keel. Those attending funeral services on Thursday for Mr. Verl Hayes , of Salt Lake City, husband of Vivian Baxter Harter, formerly 0f Neola, were' Mrs. Joseph Malnar Mrs. Norma Larsen, Mrs. Caroi Ferguson, Mr. and Mrs. Francis Crozier, Mr. and Mrs. Charles Crozier, Mr. and Mrs. Dale Crozier, Croz-ier, Mr. and Mrs. Glade Peterson Mr. and Mrs. Delos Dye and Mr' and Mrs. W. K. Dye and children Those attending the Jr. Gleaner social at the stake house on Friday Fri-day evening were Chorlotte Henrie, Hen-rie, Mavie Dye, Gay Cloward, Al-ene Al-ene Peterson, LaVon Miller ' and their teacher, Rose Olsen. Mr. and Mrs. Clair Duncan and children spent Sunday afternoon visiting at the , home of Mr. and Mrs. Charlie Bird of Roosevelt. Mr. and Mrs. Cecil Peterson and family motored to Vernal Saturday Sat-urday afternoon to get Mis. Smantha Peterson who had visited a few days last week at the Hy-rum Hy-rum Slaugh residence. The Petersons Peter-sons are sporting a new 1956 Mercury. |
