Moon Lake To Sell Gilsonite Mines Electricity Moon Lake Electric Association has been awarded the contract for all electrical power requirements for the American Gilsonite Co. for the existing facilities and for the new operations which will be constructed at Bonanza. Moon Lake will construct a new 69KV Transmission line from the Rangely, Colorado Gene-rating plant to the Bonanza site. A new 3,750 KVA stepdown sub-station will be installed near the site of the new Bonanza plant, which will be constructed by the American Gilsonite Co. The association also furnishes electricity for all of the Rangely, Colo, area and in addition supplies services to most the rest of the system of the' transmission facilities facili-ties from Rangely.
