New Councilman Takes Office In Duchesne City Lorin Mitchell has accepted the appointment as councilman for Duchesne City. He will fill the unexpired un-expired term of Var Rosenbaum, who resigned the position prior to his moving from Duchesne' the latter part of March. Mr. Rosenbaum Rosen-baum was elected last November for a four-year term. Mr Mitchell, a rancher, is a native of the Duchesne community. commun-ity. This is his first service' in the city governing body. His wife is the former Leah Hartle. They have ; a son and two daughters. !
