PFANUT BUTTER COOKIES Theodean I. oosley 1 cup peanut butter 1 cup brown sugar 1 cup white sugar 1 cup shortening 2 eggs- 3 cups flour 2 Tbsp. soda l- Tbsp. salt Mix in order of appearance. ap-pearance. Form into balls the size of walnuts and press down with fork. Bake on oiled cookie sheet for 15 minutes at 375. Remove from sheet immediately and. place on wire rack to cool. PEANUT BUTTER CREAM PIE Jennie R. Williams :l i cup powdered sugar 1 cup peanut butter 2-3 cup sugar 3 Tbsp cornstarch 1 Tbsp. flour 1 baked pie shell 3 egg yolks 3 cups milk 2 Tbsp. butter 1 Tsp. vanilla pinch of salt Cream powdered sugar and peanut butter until, crumbly.
