Show Support SUSC's Scholarship Telethon This evening, Thursday, Southern Utah State College will present the scholarship telethon for 1979 in the SUSC fieldhouse. This gala evening includes over 30 acts of musicans, singers, dancers, comics, t and personalities. The largest gathering of entertainers ever assembled in Cedar City, plus a scholarship auction of new and used items donated by local merchants and citizens. The entire event will be broadcast live on . KBRE AM and FM from 5 p. m. to 2 a.m., and of course, the public is invited to come to the fieldhouse and join in the fun and festivities. There is a one dollar admission charge at the fieldhouse door. The evening entertainment includes Otto Fife, the New Era Singers, Sounds Unlimited, Destiny, Robyn Simkins, Sorenson's Songsters, Babyhead, Stacy Eager and many more. The SUSC telethon for 1979 has a goal of 2!50 new students through scholarships. This goal will bring new people, new emphasis, and new direction to the college.
