Show LEONORA SHOWING IS HIGHLY PLEASING Indications Are That Plan for Turning Over Control Will Be Turned Down. According to word received yesterday from A. 0. Nebeker, superintendent of the Leonora mine of Star district, Beaver county, the recent strike has resulted re-sulted in such favorable developments that it seems probable that the advertised adver-tised proposal to turn over the control of the stock to Idaho parties, with a big increase in the capitalization, will be rejected. The reason is that solid galena ore in substantial width has been encountered en-countered in the No. 1 winze, bringing confidence that only a comparatively small amount of development will be required re-quired to place the property on a substantial sub-stantial and pay-producing basis. |
