Show HEBER CITY f HEBER CITY, March 10 Mr. and Mrs Thomas Crook have returned home after spending the past three months In California. The members of the Shakespeare club were entertained by Mr?. Janett Hatch. The story, "The Tale of Two Cities," was lven by Mrs. A. L- Neff. Dinner was served to eight members. Mrs. William Strong and Mrs. Joseph Strong of Provo are the guests of Mr. and Mr. Robert S. Duke. Mr and Mrs. Charles Broadbent are , visitors to Salt Lake this week. Miscrts Nina Clyde and Alta Thomas are visiting in Salt Lake, the guests of Mr. and Mrs. J. W. Clyde at the Hotel Utah. Mrs. Elisha Cummings entertained a few friends at dinner Monday. Mr and Mrs. J. W. Rooker of Alban. Idaho are visltine with Mrs. Rookers parents, Mr. and Mrs. R. S. Duke. W. H. Harvey and family have moved to Heber, where they will make their home. The Black Hawk war veterans gave their annual reunion Friday afternoon and evening. Luncheon, followed by dancing, was the feature of the day. The First ward members held their annual an-nual reunion fn the amusement hall Saturday Sat-urday evening. A programme of music, readings and dancing, followed by refreshments, refresh-ments, was enjoyed. Dan McMillan entertained a few friends at dinner Friday evening. Mrs. William Brown of Provo is the guest' of Mrs. Annie R. Duke. |
