Show CONTINENTAL OIL IS TO PRESENT BONUSES All Employees Will Receive Percentage on Their Salaries During Present Tear. The pavment of bonuses to all em-plovees em-plovees of the Continental Oil company in the Utah-Idaho division receiving a salarv of less than $3000 annually has been"anthorized by the president of the company, according to a letter just received re-ceived from him by C. W. Fifield, division divi-sion manager of the Salt Lake division. divi-sion. The payments are to be made quarterly, quar-terly, beginning March 31, Xo pay-merit, pay-merit, it is explained, is to 'be made to emplovees who have been with the company com-pany less than three months. The amounts of bonuses are as follows: fol-lows: Twenty per cent of the salaries up to and including $799 a vear, 15 per cent of the salaries from 800 to $1799 a year, both inclusive, and 10 per cent of" salaries from $1800 to $2999 a year, both inclusive. It is explained in the communication from President E. T. Wilson that these bonus payments have been authorized in view of the unusual living conditions now prevailing and to aid the employees of the company to meet those conditions. condi-tions.
