A complaint has been filed with the interstate commerce commission by Secretary Sec-retary S. W. McClure of the National Woolgrowers ' association against the Union Pacific and thirty-three other railroads, including the Canadian Pacific. Pa-cific. The charges allege that the railroads have been violating the act of Febru-arv Febru-arv 4, 1887, an act to regulate com; merce, in that they are applying tariff rates to shipments of wool in the grease from western to eastern points that are unjust, unreasonable and discriminatory. |
