A CONSOLIDATION OF THE CALIFORNIA COMSTOCK, FAMOUS PARK CITY JUNES, WHOSE 135 ACRES OF CLAIMS ARE PARTIALLY SURROUNDED AND INTERLOCK INTER-LOCK WITH TIIE CLAIMS' OF TIIE GREAT BONANZA PRODUCERS, TIIE SILVER KING COALITION AND THE SILVER KING CONSOLIDATED, LYING IN THE VERY HEART ' -HE RICHEST SILVER-LEAD PRODUCING DISTRICT IN THE WORLD. . ft MAP OF iMMMM C.C.CONSOLIDATED MINING CO. WMffW A CONSOLIDATION OF CALIFORNIA a COMSTOCK AT PARK CITY j THE EVANS-MORRIS-WHITNEY COMPANY of- WWM- "-s. fers a limited second allotment in these shares at MMwIM Ssw ,j s i iScae .t i? MANY purchasers of mining stocks, not wisely guided in their selections, look with envy on the holders of such shares as those of Silver King Consolidated and the Silver King Coalition, two of the great silver-lead bonanza mines in the Park City District, the greatest silver-lead producing district in 'the world; the former, the younger mine, having hav-ing paid over One Million Dollars in dividends, and the latter, a much older mine, having paid above Fourteen Millions in dividends; with their stock always stable on the market around $4.00 or better. The firm of Evans-Morris-Whitney Company would like to have all of its clients shareholders share-holders in just this class of mines. There was a time, years ago, when Silver King Coalition shares could have been bought at 35c, but that' day has long since passed. In later years (and there were several of them during its struggle) Silver King Consolidated stock could have been bought at a few cents per share, but the opportunity is no more. When our firm members discovered, a few weeks ago, that there was an estate of 135 acres, lying almost surrounded by the Silver King Consolidated and the Coalition; with the claim's interlocking with those of these great bonanza properties; with the ore fissures and the vein systems identical; when they learned that great tonnages of ore were being extracted and almost al-most up to the side-lines of this acreage, with the ore beddings leading directly into the estate, and that an allotment of treasury shares of this property could be put on the market at 30c and upward, they could hardly believe the news. The opportunity to secure this allotment came about in this wise: More than ten years ago the California and the Comstock, the two mines comprising these 135 acres, at that time bfg producers, with their stock selling on the market around $2 and $3 a share, respectively, were forced to close because of apex litigation and the flooding of the Comstock by water. With litigation, low price of metals and financial difficulties, conditions remained stationary- Then the Consolidation was made. Men were placed as officers and directors in charge of' the company of the highest- mining standing. The property was cleaned up, the mill was ry- built and provided with ample equipment to handle 120 tons of ore daily. The mine buildings were reconstructed and it was found that the deep workings of the Silver King Coalition had drained the property of all but surface water. A most conservative stock organization was made. Of a million shares at a par value of $1 a share authorized, 615,000 shares were left in the treasury. Then, and not until then, was it decided to allot to the firm of Evans-Morris-Whitney company 100,000 shares of this treasury stock to be sold at 30c a share to provide funds to begin immediate development. These shares, offered two weeks ago, were sold in a few days. A second allotment of another 100,000 shares was made, that a vigorous development campaign might be amply provided for.' These we are now offering at 35c. A part of these shares have already been sold and we look for the remaining block to go very quickly. One of the most important decisions of the new board of directors was made a few days ago, when J. C. Jensen, a mining expert of great reputation, a man who for the last ten years has' had direction of the great Jesse Knight properties and who is more responsible than any other individual for their success, was pleased to become the general manager and active director direc-tor of development. He is now directing the beginning of work and expects to begin regular daily shipments within the next few weeks. Iu the meantime, the showing in the mine is excellent. ex-cellent. There are ore face3 all the way to the 450-foot level, and five carloads of ore have been shipped within the last week from the 250-foot level, averaging around $30 a ton. This is very briefly the story of the offering of the shares of the C. C. Consolidated. The members of the firm of Evans-Morris-Whilney company say unhesitatingly to their clients that thev believe this property will, in the eud, duplicate the success of Silver King Consolidated and" Silver King Coalition. There is every engineering and scientific reason that it will. We have never offered a promotion to our clients which we can so strongly recommend as this one. We advise them to wire their orders for a block of the stock without a moment's delay. The officers of the company are: AY. I. Snyder, president; P. F. Bauer, vice president; M. H. Sowles, secretary and treasurer; E. J. Kaddatz, W. F. Snyder, J. A. Cunningham and Sherman Fargo, directors. Evans-Morris-Whitney Company Salt Lake Stock Exchange Building, Salt Lake City.
