Show U. S, TiRES 1 01 LOIS EISTE1 TOUR Trip of 7100 Miles Made Without a Change; Bad Roads Encountered. Mrs. H. Pabst of Syracuse, N. Y., bought a new Grant 1917 touring car, equipped with United States tires, last June. Being an ardent motorist and believing that tires ought to live up to their reputation, not to speak of their guarantee, Mrs. Pabst didn't spare her United States tires., She set out to prove of they were good tires by running run-ning them over every sort of bad road imaginable and in every sort of weather. Many of her trips we're extremely trying, try-ing, yet. tho United States tires never faltered once. After giving 7100 miles without any tire trouble whatever. Mrs. Pabst was more than convinced that United States tires were fully deserving of all the good reputation they enjoy everywhere among people who know". This "conviction "convic-tion is amplified by the manager for the Syracuse "Grant" dealers who reported re-ported on the excellent condition of the original United States tires on Mrs. Palist's car, and forecast that they were good for about another 5000 or C000 miles more. |
