Shortly after the Due de Rohan, a member of the Frenrn chamber of deputies, left for the front, his wife, the Duchess Rohan Douairiere, transformed her beautiful beau-tiful chateau into a hospital for the wounded. Here she epends every moment of her time helping the wounded and the convalescing. The hospital Itself, which has been named the "G. V. 81," Is under the direction direc-tion of Chief Doctor Bayrae. Since August, Au-gust, 1915, when it was opened, the hospital hos-pital has received a great , number of wounded,' who have been nursed by volunteers, volun-teers, numbering among them the most prominent people in all of France.
