A war trade council to take entire control of the country's coun-try's foreign commerce is under consideration consider-ation by President Wilson. The new organization or-ganization would H.bsorh the present exports ex-ports admtnistrat ive board and become one of t hie most important of the government's gov-ernment's war agencies. Mere control on exports, it haB been said, has given the government sufficient suffi-cient power to prevent, certain trad Ing with South American firms of German origin who are suspected of aiding Germany Ger-many in many ways.
