OCR Text	Show TWIN FALLS TO HAVE BIG LIBRARY BUILDING Special to The Tribune. TWIN' FAULS. Idaho. Oct. 6. With the lotting of the contracts yesterdav to W. U. tteed of this city, the $30,000 Carnegie library building, for which negotiations have been carried on the past three or four years. Is assured for Twin Falls, and actual construction work is to begin in the near future. The proposals and minutes min-utes of the meeting were sent at once the Carnegie corporation, and as soon us indorsement is made of the proceedings the work of construction will begin.
