UNION OF SOFT DRINK MEN IS ORGANIZED i t ; At a special meeting of tho local Bottlers', Beer Drivers' and Brewers' unions, held in the Labor temple last night, a new organization, the Cereal Beverage and Soft Drink Workers' union un-ion No. 64, embodying the three locals, was perfected. Wheu prohibition came into effect August 1 the three unions, connected with the manufacture of liquor, li-quor, were disorganized, and the new organization has been, pending since that date. 1 The officers chosen last night 'were Thomas Lloyd, president; Fance Pitts, vice president; George Roth, secretary, and John Williams, sergeant at arms. An executive board consisting of George Roth, chairman; Jacob Dender and A. L. Thornton was also elected. The next meeting of the union will be held November 3 at the Labor temple.
