Show NOTICE OK BONDS TO BE ISSUED NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the provisions of Sections 11-14-21 and 17-6-3.11, Utah Code Annotated (1953), as amended, that on August 21, 1980, the Board of Trustees of Maeser Water Improvement Improve-ment District, Uintah County, Utah, accepted the offer of Zions First National Bank of Salt Lake City, Utah to purchase pur-chase $500,000 sewer revenue bonds Series of October 1, 1980 $150,000 General Obligation Sewer Bonds, Series of October 1, 1980, at a price of $500,000 and $150,000 respectively. Said Bonds, pursuant to a resolution of the Board of Trustees of said District adopted on August 21, 1980, are to be issued for the purpose of acquiring and constructing construc-ting a sewage collection system including outfall mains, sewer laterals, manholes, land and rights of way and other ap-purtenences ap-purtenences and a sewage treatment facility including treatment works, sewage lagoons, trunklines, disposal system, land and rights of way, together with equipment equip-ment and appurtenances necessary for the operation opera-tion thereof and costs incurred in-curred in connection with the planning and designing design-ing of said facilities and improvements and the issuance is-suance of the Bonds. The Revenue Bonds shall bear interest at the rate of eight (8) per annum, an-num, are numbered from 1 to 100, inclusive, or in denominations of $5,000 and mature on October 1 of each of the years and in the amounts as follows: Bond Number Amount Year 1- 20 100,000 1986 . 21- 40 100,000 1987 41- 60 100,000 1988 61- 80 100,000 1989 81-100 ' 100,00 1990 The General Obligation Bonds shall bear interest at the rate of eight (8) per annum, are numbered 1 to 30 inclusive, in-clusive, are in denominations denomina-tions of $5,000 and mature on October 1 ot each of the ' years and in the amounts as follows: Bond Number Amount Year 1-10 $50,000 1983 11-20 50,000 1984 21-30 50,000 1985 A copy of the Resolution Resolu-tion adopted on August 21, 1980, by the Board of Trustees of said District authorizing the issuance" and confirming the sale of the above-described Bonds is on file in the office of-fice of the Clerk-Treasurer Clerk-Treasurer of the District in Maeser, Utah, where it may be examined during regular business hours of the Clerk-Treasurer from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. for a period of at least thirty (30) days from and after date of the publication of this notice. NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that a period of thirty (30) days from and after the date of the publication of this notice is provided by law in which any person in interest in-terest shall have the right to contest the legality of the above-described Resolution of the Board of Trustees adopted on August 21, 1980, the Bonds of said District authorized authoriz-ed thereby, or any provision provi-sion made for the security and payment of such Bonds, and that after such time, no one shall have any cause of action to contest the regularity, formality or legality thereof for any cause whatsoever.
