Show NATIONAL FOREST TIMBER FOR SALE NATIONAL FOREST TIMBER SALE, ASHLEY NATIONAL FOREST, HONSLINGER SALE, located in TIN, T2N, R19E, SLM. SEALED SEAL-ED bids will be received by the Forest Supervisor, 437 East Main, Vernal, Utah 84078, at 3:00 p.m., local time, September 30, 1980, to be followed im- . mediately by oral bidding, bid-ding, for an estimated 1338 M board feet of live timber marked or otherwise other-wise designated for cutting. cut-ting. The minimum acceptable ac-ceptable bid per thousand board feet for all species live timber is $4.29. Additional Addi-tional deposits required for slash disposal is $3.75 per M board feet for all live species. The quantities estimated above are final and not subject to adjustment, adjust-ment, except for additional addi-tional trees which may be designated for cutting, because of damage in logging, log-ging, clearing of roads, or minor changes. The bid rates will be subject to adjustment during the period of the sale as provided by the quarterly adjustment . provisions of the timber sale contract. Additional required deposits per M board feet for all species for surface replacement on existing Forest roads are: $1.00 for maintenance of road No. 10218. The required bid guarantee is $700.00. No specified roads are to be constructed by Purchaser: Pur-chaser: All included timber shall be given domestic processing. Bidders are advised that violations of the domestic processing requirement constititues breach of contract and may result in contract cancellations, or refusal to award sales to the violator, or debarment or suspension from bidding on future timber sales. The right to reject any and all bids is reserved.
