'ft . V' I M ' MR. AND MRS. BRUCE LEE,. who were married August 1, 1980, are now at home in Vernal. A reception was held August 1, at the Naples LDS Ward. Tammy Merr ell-Bruce Lee exchange wedding vows Tammy Merrell, daughter of Earl and Dorothy Merrell of Vernal, became the bride of Bruce Lee, son of Bob and Edith Lee of Albuquerque, New Mexico, and formerly of Vernal, on August 1, 1980. Tammy and Bruce held their wedding wed-ding in the Naples Ward Chapel, the civil ceremony being performed by Bishop Kriston Wilson. A reception was held honoring the couple in the Naples Ward Chapel on Aug. 1 from 7 to 9 p.m.' The bride wore a floor length gown of white satin overlayed with white lace. The dress had an empire waistline with a scoop neck trimmed with lace and seed pearls. It had elbow length sleeves of sheer lace, matching the overlay of the dress. Her veil was chapel length illusion trimmed with lace matching that of the dress. The cascading bouquet was made by the bride herself, as were all of the flowers use in decorating, and consisted con-sisted of silk flowers in the form of yellow roses with yellow ribbon streamers and accents of flowers of pale yellow, white ribbon and pale and dark blue ribbons. Attendants to the bride were Sheri Brown, Dawna Trogstad, Janel Martin and Joni Merrell. Ring bearer was , Kriston Sawyer and the flower girl was Jeanie Winn. The attendants wore floor length dresses made of yellow crepe with a yellow lace bodice and ruffle. They carried bouquets of blue and yellow silk flowers. The bride's mother wore a floor length dress of blue crepe with a white corsage accented with small blue flowers. The groom's mother wore a street length ivory lace sheer dress over an ivory slip with a corsage of blue roses. Groomsmen were Terry Harrison, Bob Lee and Alan Wardell. The best-man best-man was Donald Lee. Bestman and groomsmen wore blue tuxedos with '..white rosebud boutonnieres. The groom .wore a white tuxedo and tails and a blue ; rosebud boutonniere. ; Ushers were Terry Merrell and Dean Krie. Attending the guest book was Johna Harrison and in the gift room was Patty Merrell, Dan Merrell and Carolyn Winn. Gift bearers were David Winn, Annette Martin and Janae Martin. Tending the kitchen were Angela Coonradt. Helen Coon and Maxine Nelson. The three-tiered cake was made by the bride's sister. It was white and trimmed in yellow roses with blue trim. The cake was topped with white bells. Special out-of-town guests were from Stockton, Calif., Albuquerque, N.M., Provo and Roosevelt. A pantry shower was given by Johna Harrison and Sandra Aldridge and a personal shower was given by Edith Lee. Tammy and Bruce took their wedding wed-ding trip to Salt Lake City and plan to make their home in Vernal. |
