Pocatello, Poca-tello, Idaho, up until S p. m., August IS, 1919, for the erection and completion of two two-story and basement brick and concrete eight-room school buildings, one on east 6lde location, and one on west side location, to be let In one contract. ' All bids shall be accompanied by a certified check to the amount of 5 per cent of tho bid, which amount is to be 1 forfeited to the school district as llqui- dated damages If the bidder shall fail j or refuse, for a period of one week after the award of the work to him, to enter, into a contract and furnish, a bond, as hereinafter specified.
