Show UTAH-IDAHO H ADDS IpOiE Big Display of Latest Models Mod-els Planned for This Week. Manager A. V. Olson of the Utah-Idaho Utah-Idaho Motor company, Utah's largest strictly motor-selling and garaging establishment, es-tablishment, has recently added the Oldsmobile car to the string of famed autos to be handled for Salt Lake and vicinity by this concern. The Oldsmobile will divide honors at the head of the list with the big Pre-mier;vthe Pre-mier;vthe Maxwell touring, ear will occupy oc-cupy the central position and become the car for the conservative motorist, while the big Bethlehem truck fills the demand for heavr duty power wagons, and the light Maxwell commercial car, with its unequalled reputation for high-class high-class service, will form the rear guard. Thus fully equipped, Manager Olson has launched out on a big publicity campaign, with tho single intent of informing in-forming all Oldsmobile, Premier, Maxwell Max-well and Bethlehem owners that the Utah-Idaho service station is at ther command day and night. During all of this week the Utah-Idaho Utah-Idaho company will hold a special display dis-play of the new Oldsmobile models which were unloaded from the cars last week. The new Olds oars will be arranged ar-ranged in the order of their importance on the spacious floor of the showroom, where they may be seen from several points of vantage. There will be present the Oldsmobile model 45-A eight-cylinder Sportster. This eight-cylinder Oldsmobile occupies occu-pies distinctly a place of its own in the ranks of motor cars. Characteristically Character-istically attractive in design, remarkable remark-able for completeness of appointments and refinement of finish, it combines unusual power with ease of operation and economy of maintenance. Yet it is priced very moderately. Twenty-one years of motor building experience is featured in the Oldsmo-bile-six coupe, which model -will also be shown. Comfort the sense of ease and restful riding is a fundemental-basis fundemental-basis of the design and equipment of this model. With roominess and the cradling of the chassis on long rear springs, with handsome oval hood and straight line body effect, it is easily one of the most handsome Oldsmobile autos. Also will be shown the Oldsmobile-six touring model and the Oldsmobile-cight touring car. Both of these models are equipped in the most modern way, and are but the logical results of the constant con-stant efforts of the Olds makers to produce pro-duce a truly better car. Prominent among the betterments of these two models may be mentioned the wide range of motor power that amazes even the seasoned motorist. "Service is our slogan to all owners of cars or trucks that wo sell,'' said Manager Olson. "I feel that with our large plant rapable of storing 250 autos and of housing forty cars in the repair re-pair shop at one time, that we are in position to give the owners that longed-for longed-for perfect service. We are especially interested in letting all Oldsmobile owners know that we are in a position to take care of them at short notice, having a complete stock of all Oldsmobile Olds-mobile parts in our shop. "We employ only the must competent compe-tent help in our repair department, each man being an expert at his work. We particularly ask all Oldsmobile owners to come and get acquainted. ' ' |
