INTOXICANTS ARE TO BE DESTROYED Orders for the destruction of sixty-three lots of confiscated intoxicants were issued is-sued yesterday by Judge John F. Tobin of the Third district court. Both the city attorney and the countv attorney, were before the court with petitions pe-titions for orders of destruction, thirty of the lots being in the custodv of the citv and thirty-three in the custody of the county. The amounts in each lot varied from half a pint of whisMv to six fiftv-g-allon barrels. An assortment of beers, wines and other beverages was included. Destruction of the liquor will follow within a. few days, the orders being for immediate disposition.
