Hampered by war restrictions, with a shortage of steel and al otfier materials limiting production, and the advent of 100 per cent war-work only a few months away, the automobile makers are centering their efforts on only the most staple types of open and closed cars. Few models of extreme design will be offered, but the convenient, practical practi-cal and luxurious sedan will be among the most conspicuous in tbe salesrooms' of all dealers, with the popular coupe a close second.
