Show pulp is SO cents a ton for green pulp, and $1.25 for pulp that has been siloed for thirty days. The Logan convention price, referred to, is 40 and 50 cents respectively re-spectively for the two kinds of pulp. FARMERS OBJECT TO PRICES FOR PULP Special to The Tribune. PROVO, Oct. 26. The executive committee com-mittee of the Utah county farm bureau met at Provo today and discussed the prices of beet pulp as listed on the cards sent out recently by the Utah-Idaho Sugar company. Farmers, the county over, are protesting against the price and say they will cancel their orders for feeder steers, and rilo the beet tops for stock they expect ex-pect to hold over. It was the opinion of the executive committee that the sugar companies should recognize previous contracts con-tracts and agreements, including the recommendation rec-ommendation of the state farm bureau in convention at Logan on January 2S, 1018. A telegram was sent to the president of the state farm bureau, stating the position po-sition of Utah county in the matter, and urging immediate action of the state farm bureau.
