Berger, of Berger, Nonpartisan candidate on the Democratic ticket for state representative, was shot through the abdomen at 11 o'clock this morning by Frank Dolan, tenaht on his farm near Berger. Berger was brought to a local hospital. He will recover. After summoning medical medi-cal attention for Berger, Dolan came to Twin falis and gave himself up to Sheriff Kendall.
