INHERITANCE TAX PLAN AGREED TO WASHINGTON, Oct. 26. Rates for the taxation of inheritances of $10,000 and up, under the plan proposed by the senate sen-ate finance committee in revising the war revenue bill, were tentatively adopted today to-day on a scale ranging from 1 per cent on inheritances of $10,000 to $2f.O00 to 25 per cent on those exceeding ?2.".000,000. The committee recommended exemption of inheritances taxes on the estates of persons killed in the military service or who died from wounds or disease within one year.
