BETTILYONS REPORT REALTY ACTIVITY At the offices of the Bettilyon Home Builders company a great deal of activity has been noted so far tills month in the matter of real estate exchanges, sales and trades. A very active demand for modern homes Is noticeable. Amongthe interesting transactions consummated con-summated through the Bettilyon company com-pany during the last two weeks Is the purchase of a five-room bungalow by Florence Andreason. J. FalUner purchased pur-chased two acres at 3121 South Third West street through the Bettilyon company, com-pany, and W. P. Day secured a four-room four-room cottage at 119G Pacific avenue. L. Prestwich has purchased a three-room bungalow through the Bettilyon company on South Third East street, and AJ Mc-Carrell Mc-Carrell a five-room bungalow at 319 East Seventeenth South street. Among tile commercial transactions closed by the Bettilyon company was the purchase by T. G. Wadsworth, of a store building on West Fourth South street. Charles Miller has secured a two-room frame building at 2140 West North Temple Tem-ple street, both through the Bettilyon company.
