Show INFLUENZA SITUATION GREATLY IMPROVED Special to The Tribune. EVANSTON. Wyo.. Oct. 26. According Accord-ing lo statements made today by City Health Officer Dr. J. 1.. Wicks, the Influenza In-fluenza situation has greatly Improved within the past few days. There have been between 600 and 700 cases in Kvanston since the beginning of the epidemic, epi-demic, but at the present time there are approximately 100 cases in the city and fatalities are greatly reduced. The death of Mrs. Frank Stone, formerly for-merly Sarah Edwards, is the only one resulting from Influenza reported during the past twenty-four hours. However, no steps have been taken to In any way lift the quarantine, now existing, and It Is not known how soon the school will again be opened and business resumed in the usual channels. |
