Show Mil CANDIDATE FOR SUPREME BENCH Number of Attorneys Sign Letter Urging Him to Enter Race. In response to solicitations of a number num-ber attorneys of Utah, Justice Samuel R. Thurman, member of the supreme court of Utah, has announced hia candidacy can-didacy for nomination for re-election to succeed himself. Justice Thurmun will be a candidate on the Democratic ticket. The following attorneys signed the letter urging Justice Thurmau to enter the race: Charles C. Dey, Isaac Blair Evans, John A. Marshall, James Ingehretsen, William M. Bradley, Frank E. Holman, W. D.
