Mil CANDIDATE FOR SUPREME BENCH Number of Attorneys Sign Letter Urging Him to Enter Race. In response to solicitations of a number num-ber attorneys of Utah, Justice Samuel R. Thurman, member of the supreme court of Utah, has announced hia candidacy can-didacy for nomination for re-election to succeed himself. Justice Thurmun will be a candidate on the Democratic ticket.
