According to Mr. Gull's obnervation the farmer, in many instances, is already doing his plowing, having taken advantage of the mild weather conditions, and with the active interest shown in farm properties at the present time it is thought that the fall plowing will hlp solve the usual labor shortage problem when the spring season .breaks for planting.
