Bullock, assistant director of the bureau of exports at Washington, D. C, directing banks, trust compauies and other agendo collecting oil coupons duo foreign individuals or corporations, to hold in serarate funds, subject to the call of the United States alien property custodians, all money believed to be the property of Germans or allies of Ger-. many.
