ROSETTA SET' FREE BY JUDGE TOBIN The question of the legality of the possession of a small quantity of intoxicating in-toxicating liquor purchased prior to August 1 was before Judge John Tobin in the city police court yesterdaj-morniug. yesterdaj-morniug. The defendant was Theodore Rosetta, who was defended by Attorney Attor-ney Harry Harper. Judge Tobin dismissed the case. He held that the case did not affect other pending cases, where large amounts of liquor were found, and the intent was to dispose of them for other than personal per-sonal use.
