Show POCATELLO, IDA. t POCATETLO, Jan. 5. The Woodmen will give their annual 'masquerade ball on next Wednesday evening. The Civic club will hold its regular monthly meeting' Monday afternoon at the library. The masquerade ball given by the Po-catello Po-catello fire department on New Year's eve was largely attended and many novel and beautiful costumes were in evidence. The first prize was awarded to Miss JJ1-lian JJ1-lian Jones,- the second to E:aii Wilson and the third to Ethel Fewens. Mrs. John Ford and the Misses Minnie and Margaret Ford left last week for a two months' sojourn in Los Angeles. Mr. and Mrs. Carl Manani entertained a merry party of friends New Year's eve at their home on South Grant avenue. It was in the nature of a farewell affair, as Mr. and Mrs. Mariani expect to leave in the near future for Twin Falls, where they will make their home. Mr. and Mrs. Harold Young and children chil-dren of Portland, former residents of this city, are the guests of Mr. and Mrs. T. C. Quinn. Mr. and Mrs. C. P. Ralph left this week fnr Salt Lake City, where they will make their home. The marriaqe of Miss Florence Stoker and A. B. Wallington took place Saturday Satur-day evening at the home of the Rev. J. H." Dickinson in the presence of a small group of friends and relatives. They are now at home to their friends at the Quinn apartments. The members of the Fast Side Auction Bridge club were entertained Thursday evening at the home of Mr. and Mis. W. A. Huff. The high score trophies were awarded to Mrs. W. B. Walworth and S. S.
