DEMAND FREEDOM ,FOR LITHUANIANS WASHINGTON, Jan. 5. Delegates of the various Lithuanian parties at Stockholm Stock-holm have Issued a proclamation demanding demand-ing independence for Lithunia, According Accord-ing to an official dispatch received here today, the declaration insists that Lithuania be occupied by its own army and that the Lithuanian parts of Russia must be joined to the new state. The promise Is made, the dispatch adds, that the Luthuanian seaports will be freely opened to the commerce of countries that are without openings to the sea, notably Russia if she should be bo situated.
