The petition of Bankers N Trust Company, Com-pany, administrator nf the estate of Harriett B. Hawkins Faucette. deceased, praying for an order of sale of real and personal property of said decedent, and that all persons interested appear before be-fore the said court to show cause why an order should not be granted to sell so mu' h as shall be necessary of the following described real estate and personal per-sonal property of said deceased, to wit: An undivided one-third interest in that tract of land sil.ua ted in Salt Lake county, Utah, lying within the limits of the northeast quarter of section 28. township town-ship 1 sooth, of range 1 east, of Salt Lake meridian, and described as follows, to wit: Beginning at a point on the south side of an irrigation ditch, south 105.2 rods from the northeast corner of aforesaid afore-said quarter section, thence along the south side of aforesaid irrigation ditch north SSI degrees west 34. S rods to tho center or an oltf ditch bank north and south, thence south 27.3 rods to the northwest north-west corner of Thomas Herbert's claim; thence by said claim north SS3 degrees eat 34.7 rods to the east boundary of above said quartersection 25.6 rods to the place of beginning, containing 6.72 acres, more or less, together with all water stork or rights used in connection therewith. there-with. PERSONAL PROPERTY. All household furniture of every kind and description contained in the late residence resi-dence of said deceased, particularly described in the Inventory and appraisement appraise-ment on file herein. Also one dark bay horse, weight about 1000 lbs.; one light spring wagon, covered; cov-ered; one Mitchell farm wagon; one light delivery wagon; one set single harness; one sot double harness, and all tools and miscellaneous farm implements contained in the barn and tool house on the premises of said deceased, and more particularly' par-ticularly' described and set out in the Inventory and appraisement filed herein. Also 3S chickens, mostly White Leghorn. Leg-horn. has been set for hearing on Friday, the 12th day of March, A. D. 1915, at 2 o'clock p. m., at the county court house, in the court room of said court.
