Cook, hfa assistant, who went to Bluff last week for the purpose of attend! at-tend! ng the preliminary hearinqa of any Indians captured by Marshal Neheker. Mr. Conk teJ'-?raphfid that he was starting start-ing for home anr added that there were no new developments in the case. Mr. Ray Infers that the Indians, who are first to be t;iken to Grayson, will be brought to Salt Lake for final trial. The telegram from Cook Indicated that lie would arrive in Salt Lako either Wednesday Wednes-day or ThurBday. |
