Salt Lake City, Utah, on Thursday, Jkiarcn 4Ui, 1615. at 2 o'clock p. m. First: To receive and act upon a proposition prop-osition from the Moore Mining company to consolidate the Nevada-Doug las Copper Cop-per company and the Moore Mining company com-pany and form a consolidated company to be known as the "Nevada-Dougias Consolidated Copper company," on the following basis, to-wit: The Nevada-Douglas Consolidated Copper Cop-per company will be Incorporated under the laws of Utah for 1,0(0,000 shares of the par value of J5 per share. It will take over all of the assets of every kind and nature belonging to the Nevada-Douglas Copper company, subject to all of its Ua Dili ties, amounting to approximately $325,000-00, and will take over all ui the pioperty of the Moore Mining company, subject to all of Itb liabilities amounting to $57,Gi0.00. The Nevada-Douglas Copper company will receive in exchange lor its property, one share of stock In the Nevada -Douglas Consolidated Copper company for each of the fevvluo sbair3 of l.a stock now outstanding, out-standing, thus giving the stockholders of the Nevada-Douglas Copper company the mme number cf shares t f etock in the Consolidated company which they now bold In the Nevada-Douglas Copper company. com-pany.
